This Rosé is made using Shiraz fruit. A half day of skin contact provided a cracking colour. Savoury palate with no sign of cloying sweetness.

Fresh lemon & Lime., there’s subtle toast from the barrels and brioche notes all backed by lingering acidity. Generous and refined & hint mineralogy.
