Cool climate shiraz. It’s medium-bodied frame supports an array of red and black flavours, with notes of five-spice, white pepper and thyme.

This Rosé is made using Shiraz fruit. A half day of skin contact provided a cracking colour. Savoury palate with no sign of cloying sweetness.
