Cool climate chardonnay with
subtle nectarine and citrus aromas
leading to a palate of white peach,
brioche and lingering acidity.
The first harvest since the 2013 bushfires. This is a beautiful example of cool-climate Chardonnay. The 2018 harvest was low yielding, producing fruit with intense flavour.
Whole bunched pressed and barrel fermented for 14 months in French Oak. Featuring subtle jasmine and citrus aromas leading to a palate of white peach, mineral acid and a hint of brioche.
